Preheat oven to 425F; position the rack in the third slot near the top
In a bowl whisk together almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt
In another bowl whisk together eggs and olive oil; pour into dry ingredients; stir until dough forms; transfer dough to a piece of parchment paper; place another piece of parchment paper on top; roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness; remove top piece of parchment paper
Slide bottom piece of paper with crust to a baking sheet; bake until crust is lightly golden, 10 minutes
Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust leaving a 1/2 inch border; top with mozzarella followed by vegetable toppings; return to oven; bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden, 10 minutes
Turn oven to broil; broil until cheese is golden, 2 minutes
