Ingredients
- 1 pound Rotini
- 2 Cucumbers
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Stalks of Celery
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Bunch of Green Onions, finely chopped
- 2 small cans of Sliced Olives
- 1/2 cup Pepperoni, sliced in half
- 1 cup Mozzarella, cubed
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 12 ounces Italian Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Salad Supreme
Directions
- Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces
- Cook pasta according to directions on package; rinse under cold water and drain
- Combine pasta and vegetables in a large bowl; add olives, pepperoni, cubed cheese and Parmesan; add dressing and mix well; stir in the salad supreme seasoning; add salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving
