Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Rotini
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Bunch of Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 small cans of Sliced Olives
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni, sliced in half
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 12 ounces Italian Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Salad Supreme

Directions

  1. Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces
  2. Cook pasta according to directions on package; rinse under cold water and drain
  3. Combine pasta and vegetables in a large bowl; add olives, pepperoni, cubed cheese and Parmesan; add dressing and mix well; stir in the salad supreme seasoning; add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving
