Ingredients
- 4 pieces of French Bread
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 tablespoons Half and Half
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Butter, for cooking
- Honey
- 1 Banana
- 5 tablespoons Peanut Butter
Directions
- Mix the eggs in a bowl with the half & half and cinnamon until the cinnamon is well mixed
- Put a piece of bread into the egg mixture; let soak and flip once to get it well coated; soak the bread for at least 2 minutes
- While the bread is soaking set your camp stove to medium heat; heat a cast iron skillet
- Once the skillet is heated, add 1/2 tablespoon butter to the pan
- Add your soaked bread to the skillet; cook for 4-5 minutes on each side; lower the heat if needed; the bread should cook slowly so the inside gets fully cooked
- Continue this process until all the bread is soaked then cooked
- Before serving, spread peanut butter on each slice and top with slice bananas, a pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of honeyPn
