Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F; line baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside
- In large mixing bowl using a handheld mixer stir butter and sugars on medium speed for 1 minute; add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter and stir to combine; stir in flour, baking powder, and salt; fold in chocolate; don’t over mix any step
- Scoop 3 tablespoons of cookie and place on baking sheets; bake for 11-13 minutes; remove from oven when very lightly brown on top
