Pumpkin French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Canned Pure Pumpkin
  • 4 Large Eggs, whisked
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 12 Slices White Bread
  • Cooking Spray

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients expect the bread into a medium sized bowl; whisk until smooth
  2. Heat a pan on low-medium heat; lightly grease with cooking spray
  3. Dunk a piece of bread in the egg mixture, covering both sides
  4. Cook for 2-4 minutes on one side until golden; flip and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown and bread is fluffy
  5. Repeat with remaining bread; serve with syrup and whipped cream
