Pumpkin Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 Large Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Canned Pure Pumpkin
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice
  2. Mix in the butter, milk, pumpkin, egg and vanilla until combined
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes, check halfway through; once finished check with a toothpick to check that it is done all the way
  4. Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice
