Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can Pureed Pumpkin
- 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large Eggs, slightly whisked
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
- ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 (9 inch) Pie Crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- In small saucepan, heat pumpkin, spices, and salt oven low heat; then pour into another bowl to cool to room temperature
- Whisk all ingredients together in medium bowl until combined; make sure there is no egg whites showing, it will show in final product
- Pour into crust and bake at 425F for 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking 35-40 minutes
