Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Jalapeno, minced
- 12 ounces American Cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces Pepper Jack, shredded
- 1 1/4 up Milk
- Kosher Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Medium Tomato, diced
- 4 ounce can Green Chilis
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- Tortilla Chips for serving
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil; add onion; cook until soft 5 minutes; add garlic and jalapeno pepper; cook for 1 minute
- Add cheese and milk; stir until cheese is melted; season with salt and pepper; stir in tomatoes, green chilis, and cilantro
- Serve with tortilla chips
