Ravioli Grilled Cheese

  • 8 slices White Bread
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 4 slices Ham
  • Egg Wash
  • ½ cup Butter
  • Tomato Soup, for serving

 

  1. Cut crust off bread and with rolling pin flatten bread out
  2. Cut one slice of cheddar cheese into 4 equal squares, repeat with all Swiss cheese and ham slices
  3. Place 2 squares of cheddar cheese on one flatten piece of bread, overlap the cheese; place the ham on top of the cheddar, 2 squares of Swiss on top of ham so they are overlapping
  4. Brush the edges of the bread with egg wash
  5. Place the other flattened piece of bread on top, press down the edges; using a fork, press along the edges of the ravioli until edges are sealed
  6. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter until melted on medium heat place ravioli in pan; cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden
  7. Serve immediately with tomato soup
