- 8 slices White Bread
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 slices Ham
- Egg Wash
- ½ cup Butter
- Tomato Soup, for serving
- Cut crust off bread and with rolling pin flatten bread out
- Cut one slice of cheddar cheese into 4 equal squares, repeat with all Swiss cheese and ham slices
- Place 2 squares of cheddar cheese on one flatten piece of bread, overlap the cheese; place the ham on top of the cheddar, 2 squares of Swiss on top of ham so they are overlapping
- Brush the edges of the bread with egg wash
- Place the other flattened piece of bread on top, press down the edges; using a fork, press along the edges of the ravioli until edges are sealed
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter until melted on medium heat place ravioli in pan; cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden
- Serve immediately with tomato soup
