- 2 Drops of Red Food Coloring
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 teaspoons Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
Directions
- In a large microwave safe mug, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined; add milk canola oil, vanilla, and red food coloring; stir until well combined
- Microwave for 90 seconds or until well risen and no raw batter
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; stir until well combined; spread over the cooked cake
