Red Velvet Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Drops of Red Food Coloring

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 2 teaspoons Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. In a large microwave safe mug, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined; add milk canola oil, vanilla, and red food coloring; stir until well combined
  2. Microwave for 90 seconds or until well risen and no raw batter
  3. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; stir until well combined; spread over the cooked cake
