Rocky Mountain Cookies

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder 
  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large bowl cream together the sugars and butter until light fluffy; add eggs and vanilla; beat well; add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt to the butter mixture then mix
  3. Fold in oats, cereal and chocolate chips; place a tablespoon of cookie dough onto lightly greased baking sheets
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until light golden brown
