Rocky Road Fudge

  • 10 ounce bag Marshmallows, cut into 1/4s
  • 8 ounces Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
  • ½ cup Butter, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts, optional

 

  1. Grease a 8×8″ baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter
  2. Add cut marshmallow to pan
  3. In a saucepan over low heat (or double broiler) add chocolate and butter; stir constantly until melted and smooth
  4. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract and walnuts; spoon melted chocolate over marshmallows, covering the entire top
  5. Refrigerate until set
