Salted Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 10 ounces Caramel Sauce
  • Coarse Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F; lightly grease a 9×9 baking dish
  2. Melt together the butter and semi sweet chocolate; let cool
  3. Stir in the sugar and eggs; mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold in the chocolate chips
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish; bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs
  5. After cooling completely, cover with caramel sauce and sprinkle the coarse sea salt on top
