Ingredients
- 1 pound Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 ½ pound Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
- Ground Black Pepper
Ingredients for Sauce
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- ⅛ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl; set aside
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water; drain
- Place the uncooked shrimp in a medium sized bowl; add the paprika, 3 cloves of garlic and pepper
- Heat the coconut oil on medium high heat; add the coated uncooked shrimp
- Stir constantly while cooking until pink 7-10 minutes; remove from heat; set aside until pasta is ready
- In a large serving bowl combine pasta, shrimp and sauce mixture; stir until combine; garnish with parsley
