Spinach Stuffed Salmon


  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • Kosher Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Spinach, defrosted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced


  1. Season salmon completely with salt and pepper; in a large bowl mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes
  2. Using a paring knife slice a slit in each salmon to create a pocket; stuff pocket with cream cheese mixture
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil; add salmon skin side down; cook until seared, 6 minutes; flip salmon; add butter and squeeze lemon juice all over; cook until skin is crispy, 6 minutes; serve warm
