Sugar Cookie Truffles

Ingredients

  • 12 Sugar Cookies
  • 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • Sprinkles

Directions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside
  2. Place sugar cookies in a food processor; process until cookies become fine crumbs; add cream cheese; process again until well-combined, 1-2 minutes
  3. Shape cookies into balls about 1 inch in diameter; place on prepared cookie sheet; place in freezer for 15-20 minutes
  4. Melt white chocolate while the cookies freeze; in a medium bowl melt the chocolate according to instructions on package
  5. Remove cookie balls from fridge; using two forks, dip and roll the chilled cookie balls in the chocolate coating; return coated truffle to cookie sheet; top immediately with sprinkles
  6. Repeat process for remaining truffles
