Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Jicama, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Let sit 20 minutes before serving
