Ingredients
- 2 8 ounces tubes Crescent Rolls, refrigerated
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1 medium Tomato, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Unroll crescent roll dough on an uncreased cookie sheet; pinch the perforated edges together to seal
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown
- Mix together cream cheese and sour cream until spreadable; spread over cooled crust
- Chill in refrigerator for 10-20 minutes; brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain grease; stir in taco seasoning and water
- Simmer for 5 minutes; stir occasionally
- Sprinkle the ground beef evenly over the crust; sprinkle the tomatoes and lettuce next; last cover with cheese; cut into slices
