Taco Pizza

Ingredients 

  • 2 8 ounces tubes Crescent Rolls, refrigerated
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough on an uncreased cookie sheet; pinch the perforated edges together to seal
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown
  4. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream until spreadable; spread over cooled crust
  5. Chill in refrigerator for 10-20 minutes; brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain grease; stir in taco seasoning and water
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes; stir occasionally
  7. Sprinkle the ground beef evenly over the crust; sprinkle the tomatoes and lettuce next; last cover with cheese; cut into slices
