Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon Liquid Aminos
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 3 teaspoons Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
Salad
- 8 ounces Garbanzo Bean Rotini Pasta
- 4 Scallions, sliced
- 1 cup Cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 cup Cabbage, chopped
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain pasta; rinse with cold water
- In a large bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients; add the pasta together with the vegetables; toss to blend; serve
