Toffee Crunch Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 11 ounces White Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Cream
  • 6 Heath Bars, chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare an 8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper; set aside
  2. Add white chocolate morsels, vanilla bean pastel and marshmallow cream to a mixing bowl; set aside
  3. In large saucepan, add butter, cream, sugar, and salt; bring to a boil over medium high heat stir frequently; once boiling continue to boil for 5 full minutes, stir constantly
  4. Remove from heat and pour over white chocolate mixture; use an electric mixer to blend it smooth and morsels have melted
  5. Add chopped Heath bar pieces; stir only once
  6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish; allow to set for two hours; covered with plastic wrap
  7. Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces
