Vegan Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Earth Balance Vegan Butter, softened
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Beat the vegan butter with an electric mixer until creamy
  2. Slowly add the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time until all the powdered sugar is mixed in
  3. With the mixer on low medium speed, add the non-dairy milk 1 tablespoon at a time; add the vanilla also; increase the speed to high; beat for 30 seconds until light and fluffy
