Ingredients
- 1 cup Earth Balance Vegan Butter, softened
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Beat the vegan butter with an electric mixer until creamy
- Slowly add the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time until all the powdered sugar is mixed in
- With the mixer on low medium speed, add the non-dairy milk 1 tablespoon at a time; add the vanilla also; increase the speed to high; beat for 30 seconds until light and fluffy
