Ingredients
- 1 Vidalia Onion
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Shredded Grana Padano Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Peel and slice the onion in half; slice it in half again; cut 3 of the sections into fine slices; mince the last section of onion;
- Put the onion in a bowl with the remaining ingredients; mix well until thoroughly combined; taste and adjust seasonings to your liking
- Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish; bake for 25 minutes until brown and bubbly
- While the dip is baking slice a baguette; place the slices on a hot grill pan and toast on both sides; serve with the hot dip
