Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 1/2 cup Banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. In a blender add frozen watermelon, banana and the juice from half of a lime; blend, do not add additional liquid; there should not be any chunks
  2. Transfer mixture to a freezer safe container; freeze overnight for 3-4 hours until solid
  3. Allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving
