Ingredients
- ½ cup Brown Sugar, packed
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Pistachios Nuts, shelled and chopped
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F; grease a cookie sheet
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugars; using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, 3-5 minutes; beat in the egg and vanilla extract
- In another bowl, combine the flour and baking soda; using a wooden spoon carefully stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined; stir in the white chocolate chips, dried cranberries and pistachio nuts
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the greased cookie sheet
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes until just starting to turn golden brown; allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
